1. General

By placing an order with Cozy Tail Collective, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (15%) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery

Delivery:

Flat Rate: R 99.00 per order
We deliver nationwide.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied:

Return Period: 14 days from date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging.
Refund: Full refund (excluding delivery costs) once returned items are received and inspected.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Payment

We accept secure payments via PayFast. Payment is processed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
